Further to the press release by the ONDCP of 16 January 2019 concerning the seizure at Cedar Grove of compressed cannabis found in a Ceder Valley apartment and in a barrel in environs outside the apartment, one of the females detained, Chanel ABBOTT who was charged with Possession of 1lb 14 ounces of Cannabis and Possession with Intent to Transfer 1lb 14 ounces of Cannabis and was arraigned in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday did not enter a plea to the charges. Investigations are ongoing
