On Tuesday 16th August 2016, three Antiguan nationals; 27-year-old Mark JOHN, 30-year-old Kimron JOHN and 24-year-old Makeesha HENRY and a Vincentian national 35-year-old Steve BROWN,were jointly charged with Possession of Cannabis, Possession with the Intent to Supply Cannabis, Being Concern in the Supply of Cannabis and Drug Trafficking. These charges were brought against the quartet in connection to a counter-drug operation conducted by the Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (ONDCP) where approximately six hundred and ninety-seven (697) pounds of compressed Cannabis were seized.
