[ST. JOHNS, ANTIGUA - 15 April 2025]: On Tuesday 15th April 2025, Director Edward Croft and members of the ONDCP met with the Governor, Eastern Caribbean Central Bank – Timothy Antoine, Chair of the Interim Regulatory Commission (IRC) along with members of the IRC delegation and Legal Drafting Consultant, Lydia Elliott. This is Day 2 of the ECCB CIP/CBI Regional Regulator Initiative Consultations in Antigua and Barbuda to discuss issues in relation to the establishment of the Regional Regulatory Authority for Citizenship by Investment programmes in the participating member countries. The engagements will be held, 14 to 17 April.
